Pervasive Monitoring of M-Health Care Using Android

چکیده
‘Pervasive Healthcare Monitoring System (PHMS)’ is one of the important pervasive computing applications aimed at providing healthcare services to all the people through mobile communication devices. Pervasive computing devices are resource constrained devices such as battery power, memory, processing power and bandwidth. In pervasive environment data privacy is a key issue. In this application a secured frame work is developed for receiving the patient’s medical data periodically, updates automatically in Patient Record Database and generates a Check up Reminder. Challenge response onetime password mechanism is applied for authentication process. With the pervasiveness of smart phones and the advance of wireless body sensor networks (BSNs), mobile Healthcare (m-Healthcare), which extends the operation of Healthcare provider into a pervasive environment for better health monitoring, has attracted considerable interest recently. However, the flourishing of m-Healthcare still faces many challenges including information security and privacy preservation. We propose a pervasive monitoring of m-health care using android for mHealthcare emergency. With Pervasive Monitoring, Smart Phone Resources Including Computing Power and energy can be opportunistically gathered to process the computing intensive personal health information (PHI) during m-Healthcare emergency with minimal privacy disclosure.

Pervasive Healthcare System for Real-Time Activity Monitoring using Integrated ADXL345 Tri-axial Accelerometer and Android Smartphone
In this study, we report implementation of a novel Pervasive Healthcare System (PHS) for real-time activity monitoring. The prototype uses integrated ADXL345 tri-axial accelerometer and android Smartphone to provide quality pervasive healthcare services to users at affordable costs. Pervasive healthcare is healthcare to anyone without time and location constraints while increasing both coverage...
متن کاملRemote Patient Tracking and Monitoring System
The increasing number of patients needing continuous care is an encumbrance for medical staff. Today patient monitoring system along with wireless medical devices is used to monitor the patients, but still the patients have to stay inside coverage area of wireless devices. In this paper a remote patient tracking and monitoring (RPTM) system is proposed. The system monitors patient's vital signs...
متن کاملSurvey of health care context models and prototyping of healthcare context framework
HealthCare system is considered a key element in ubiquitous computing, which means health care services are recommended at any time and at any places to monitor patients based on their context. This study aims to define a simple framework that could be guidelines when you start thinking about building a health context-awareness system in ubiquitous environment. This paper starts by defining the...
متن کاملMAGPIE: an agent platform for the development of mobile applications for pervasive healthcare
In this paper we present the Mobile computing with AGents and Publish subscribe for Intelligent pervasive hEalthcare (MAGPIE) platform. MAGPIE is an agent platform designed for the Android OS. The aim of the platform is to simplify the definition of Personal Health Systems (PHSs) to monitor chronic diseases. The agents running in the platform use a symbolic reasoning approach to formalize the e...
متن کاملIntelligent Mobile System for Healthcare Based On WSN and Android
I-Healthcare can be defined as “intelligent mobile system, medical sensors and android, wireless communications technologies for healthcare.” This emerging concept represents the evolution of i-healthcare systems from traditional desktop “telemedicine” platforms to wireless and mobile configurations. The interest in i-healthcare systems (IHS) originates initially from the need to extend health ...
